A former James Bond girl, Jenny Hanley, responds to trigger warnings being issued for 007 movies, calling it “insulting.” Based on the books by British author Ian Fleming, the film franchise started in 1962 with Dr. No starring Sean Connery as the secret agent, and continues to this day with Daniel Craig as the latest actor to play the role in 2021’s No Time to Die. In 1969’s On Her Majesty’s Secret Service, the first and only film starring George Lazenby as James Bond, Jenny Hanley appeared as an Irish girl, one of Blofeld’s 12 brainwashed angels of death.
