TMNT’s Forgotten Sixth Turtle Finally Rejoins the Family

This article contains spoilers for Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles #142 Venus is a member of the Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles whose history on the team stretches all the way back to the ‘90s, before the relatively revamped continuity under IDW Publishing, and way before Jennika firmly claimed her spot as the official Fifth Turtle. For that reason, Venus has actually been pushed into the slot of Sixth Turtle, though that shouldn’t be perceived as her being any less significant on the team. In fact, quite the opposite is true, which is something that will be put on full display sooner rather than later, as this Sixth Turtle finally rejoins her TMNT family.
