Each member of the group known as the Marauders met a tragic end, and the cautionary tales of their lives reflected the themes of the Harry Potter series. James Potter, Sirius Black, Remus Lupin, and Peter Pettigrew were mischievous and clever during their days at Hogwarts School, and together, they seemed nearly invincible.
