Sweet Tooth dropped on Netflix and was enough of a success to receive a second season, which continued the story originally told in the Sweet Tooth comic by Jeff Lemire. However, anyone who has read Lemire’s Vertigo comics series on which the show is based knows that the comics could in no way come to the streaming service without some significant changes.
