Star Wars Subtly Retcons One Last Jedi Detail Ahead Of Its Jedi Origin Movie
Star Wars has retconned a detail that will likely have a major impact on James Mangold’s upcoming movie Star Wars: Dawn of the Jedi. Not much is known currently about Mangold’s movie, but the basis of the movie is that it will take place about 25,000 years before Star Wars: Episode I – The Phantom Menace and will explore the origins and establishment of the Jedi Order. While the origins of the Jedi Order have been explored in Star Wars Legends, there’s no telling what Mangold will keep and retcon from those stories that are no longer considered canon.
