Star Wars Fans Celebrate 20 Years Of Clone Wars By Remembering The Most Epic Asajj Ventress Lightsaber Duel
Genndy Tartakovsky’s Star Wars: Clone Wars, the first Star Wars TV show to depict the Clone Wars era, celebrates its 20th anniversary – and Star Wars viewers are taking the chance to reflect on the show’s most epic duel. In the years prior to the release of Revenge of the Sith in 2005, Tartakovsky’s animated Clone Wars series provided viewers with the numerous adventures of Obi-Wan Kenobi, Anakin Skywalker, Mace Windu, and more with their clone soldiers in an original story that served as early inspiration for the beloved 2008 Star Wars: The Clone Wars series. Though the latter is now the more popular and preferred show, it was Tartakovsky’s Clone Wars that paved the way, especially with one incredible lightsaber duel.
