SO SAD!!!! Osun Crash Claims Mother, Two Children

A tragic road crash in Osun State claimed the lives of a mother, her two children, and another person.

The accident occurred in Ode-Omu town, Ayedaade local government area, when a car carrying students from Osun State Polytechnic, Iree, collided with a motorcycle around 6 am.

The victims, who were traveling to a neighboring community, were hit by the speeding vehicle near Obada market.

Enraged by the incident, a mob attacked two occupants of the car while one managed to escape.

Witnesses reported that the car was traveling at high speed and lost control, leading to the collision.

The Dean of Students Affairs at Osun State Polytechnic confirmed that the attacked individuals were students of the institution.

The Osun State Police Command confirmed the incident, stating that the driver fled the scene after the accident.

Despite the chaos, authorities were able to rescue the remaining occupants of the vehicle and transfer them to a hospital in Osogbo.
