SERIOUS QUESTION!! Between Landlord & Tenant, Who Should Repair A Faulty Pumping Machine?
Hello Guys,
I am in a serious dilemma and i need your help.
I recently paid for a house, N500k room and parlour somewhere in Lagos.
I have stayed in the house for just a month and everything was going good.
However I realized water was not entering my flat yesterday and when I told the Lanlord about it on WhatsApp he said the pumping machine has a problem and every tenant in the house will contribute to repair it. Can you imagine?
What is now the use of you as a Landlord if we are to repair these things?
