Secret Invasion finishes its run with three unwanted Marvel Cinematic Universe Rotten Tomatoes records broken. The MCU series focused on Samuel L. Jackson’s Nick Fury attempting to stop a Skrull invasion on Earth, which proved itself difficult as the character was a little rusty due to having spent the years since he returned from the Blip in space. Secret Invasion included many twists and turns, but despite its shocking deaths and reveals, the series failed to catch the attention of a large audience, and most of those who did see the show had mixed opinions.
