American superstar rapper Nicki Minaj pours encomium on her former boss, Lil Wayne, for single-handedly changing her life.
According to the Queen of rap, she was relatively unknown until Lil Wayne took her up.
Speaking at a recent performance, Nicki Minaj revealed this to an exhilarating audience as she welcomed Lil Wayne to the stage.
She bowed three times for Wayne, calling him “the best rapper alive.”
She said:
“Make some noise for the man that single-handedly changed my life.
“I am nobody without you. I don’t give a damn how long I’ve been in this game, I think you are the best rapper alive. Thank you for changing my life.”
Lil Wayne, in turn , stated that he would agree with her statement, “but there is a certain person by the name of Nicki Minaj” who is greater than him.
