Pokemon Stadium 2’s Mini-Games Prove It’s Time For Pokemon Party

After the recent Pokemon Presents announced that Pokemon Stadium 2 is coming to the Switch, the spotlight its mini-games were given could finally prompt Pokemon to expand its franchise into the same territory as Mario Party. The resurgence of retro Pokemon games like the Pokemon Trading Card Game for the Game Boy Color which was also revealed during the same Pokemon Presents showcase is bringing attention to some of the series’ oldest classics. But while fans are hoping for their favorites like Pokemon XD: Gale of Darkness to return, Pokemon Stadium 2‘s reintroduction could see old ideas inspire future Pokemon spin-offs.
