Man On Fire 2 Is Still Possible 19 Years Later & Can Reboot Denzel Washington’s Franchise

Man on Fire never got the sequel it deserved, but Man on Fire 2 could still happen and work to reboot Denzel Washington‘s franchise. The original 2004 action movie from director Tony Scott starred Denzel as John Creasy, a former military man who became a bodyguard and goes for revenge after the young girl he is meant to protect is taken. Man on Fire was surprisingly met with a negative response from critics, but it was a relatively big hit with audiences. This included the movie at least breaking even if not becoming profitable thanks to its box office performance. That should have led to a sequel.
