They got married when he worked at First Bank, and he supported her financially while she studied nursing in Port Harcourt.

Things changed when he got a job at Shell Petroleum. His wife quit her job, surprising him, but he ignored it and started a business for her in Okporo.

However, problems arose as she didn’t contribute financially, leaving all bills on him.

Tensions grew, and she felt entitled to his money, leading him to secretly build wealth and properties without her knowing.

In 2018, just three months after leaving Shell Petroleum, he filed for divorce, feeling used as a financial provider instead of an equal partner.
