Lessons in Chemistry episode 4 introduced one of its most important characters, Mad Zott, whose unique name origin was changed from the book it’s based on. The Apple TV+ miniseries is adapted from the hit novel of the same name by Bonnie Garmus, who serves as a co-executive producer on the project along with Lessons in Chemistry cast member Brie Larson.
