Jesse’s Solar Opposites Season 4 Change Finally Gives Her Character Justice After 30 Episodes

While Jesse has always had a role to play in Solar Opposites, season 4 of the series finally fleshed out her character with a solid solo story. Solar Opposites debuted in 2020 and soon earned some inevitable comparisons to Rick and Morty. Since both shows were co-created by voice actor Justin Roiland and involved sci-fi tropes in their premise, the comparisons were understandable. However, Solar Opposites told the ribald story of an alien family acclimating to life on Earth. This gave the show a lighter, sillier tone than Rick and Morty, even if Solar Opposites was just as gory and sweary as that Adult Swim hit.
