HEARTBREAKING!!!! NYSC Member Slumps, Dies While Watching Nigeria VS South Africa Match
During the penalty shootout stage of the match between Nigeria and South Africa on Wednesday evening, a member of the National Youth Service Corps (NYSC) collapsed and passed away.
The youth corper, known as Samuel from Kaduna State, was serving in Adamawa. Tragically, he died just before the final kick that secured Nigeria’s advancement to the African Cup of Nations final.
A witness made the revelation in a social media post which read,
“We lost one Nigerian during our victory celebration over South Africa today at our sports viewing center here in Numan.”
“The corps member who is serving in Numan from Kaduna fainted before the kick of the winning goal. He died before they could reach the hospital. May his soul rest in peace.”
