These mother of one had taken to her X platform to upload a video snippet of a new song with the caption “Somebody needs to ask Erica what Jidenna did.”

A netizen identified as Zee Baby had reacted, saying: “Girlll switch it up a bit… change your sound.” claiming Simi’s music lacked innovation and has become boring.

She added:

“Your hubby changes his sound and it’s amazing to see. Do the same you’re too good to be doing basic shit.”

In response, She said:
