GEEZ!!!! Bandits Threaten To Marry Abducted New Bride, Sell 55 Wedding Guests

Armed bandits, who recently abducted women accompanying a newlywed bride to her marital home in Damari, Sabuwa LGA of Katsina State, have threatened to forcibly marry the bride and sell the other women.

The incident occurred last Thursday when the bandits attacked the bride and her companions traveling in an open van in the Sabuwa area, resulting in the death of at least four members of a vigilante group.

Around 55 wedding guests were abducted during the attack and have been held captive since then, according to villagers.

In a circulating video clip on social media, the bandits are seen threatening to marry the bride and sell the other captives if a ransom of N100 million is not paid quickly.

The gang leader, dressed in police uniform, claimed responsibility for the abduction, saying that they would not release the women until the ransom was paid, and challenging anyone to try rescuing them.
