With the recent release of Cyberpunk 2077‘s 2.0 and Phantom Liberty updates, the game has become decidedly more friendly to those players hoping to embrace the Netrunner play style. While hacking was featured in the base game, it often felt like any difficulty and strategy were taken out when playing as a high-level Netrunner.
