Bizarre Pokemon Scarlet and Violet Bug Turns Entire Game into a Terastallized Form

A Pokemon Scarlet and Violet player encountered a weird visual glitch after winning a Grass Tera Raid battle, which turns their entire game world into a Terastallized form with more colorful textures and making the game look like it just popped out of a color palette. Though GameFreak recently issued an update for Pokemon Scarlet and Violet to address major glitches, there are still a few that end up hampering the player experience.
