Assassin’s Creed Mirage seeks to emulate the stealth-based gameplay of the franchise’s early titles, and is able to do so in a variety of ways. One of the main ways in which the game keeps players on their toes is the new Notoriety mechanic. Whenever the player is seen doing something illegal, such as performing assassinations in public or being caught stealing, their Notoriety will increase.
