However, some of those performances are better than others. Oppenheimer is Christopher Nolan’s masterfully crafted biopic of J. Robert Oppenheimer, dubbed the father of the atomic bomb. The biopic covers Oppenheimer’s life, from his early academic career to his invention of the bomb to the years of remorse (and legal proceedings) that followed the bombings of Hiroshima and Nagasaki, in a typically nonlinear fashion.
