Aashram season 4 is the long-awaited continuation of the Indian web series. Premiering in August 2020 on MX Player, an Indian streaming service, Aashram follows Baba Nirala (Bobby Deol), a self-proclaimed guru who leads a large contingent of devoted people. However, Baba’s secret is that he is a pure conman, using his followers’ money for his own personal luxuries and to influence the local political scene. On the other side of the story is an apathetic police officer, SI Ujagar Singh (Darshan Kumar), who discovers a murder that pits him up against Baba and his followers.
