Mary, too, wanted to get over an ex-boyfriend who had cheated on her several times. The couple dated each other long-distance for two years until Brandan had enough money to afford a ticket to see Mary. At the same time, Brandan also sent Mary over $60,000 so she could build them a home in the Philippines.
