Sequels have the difficult job of following up a movie that set the pace for a franchise, while also bringing something new to the table, but some sequels opt to blatantly copy the original instead. Sequels can be hit or miss, depending on how much they build on the previous entries and if everything is consistent, or alternatively, if it positively changes things.
