Although animated kids’ TV shows are often lighthearted and fun, with relatable and funny characters, many of them also have some truly terrifying characters. While there have been many horror animated kids’ shows, these have toned down the scares in order to appeal to a young audience while also being enjoyable for more mature audiences.
