10 Terrible TV Characters That Ruined Their Whole Show

Irksome characters cover the television landscape and the following ten are so terrible they ruined a chunk of what was a great series or at least lowered the show’s quality exponentially. Typically, TV showrunners will introduce a brand-new character midway through a series or during the series finale, and often the character is unintentionally annoying and doesn’t connect favorably with viewers. In at least three instances, the most annoying character, due much to the writers’ design, was part of the cast from the onset of the series.
