One of Star Wars Rebels‘ early villains broke a classic George Lucas rule in a brilliant way. For the first two seasons of Rebels, ISB Agent Kallus was one of the primary antagonists, frequently involved in the pursuit of the Ghost crew and Phoenix Squadron. Until Grand Admiral Thrawn entered the fray, Kallus served as the rebels’ primary non-Force-wielding foe, deploying traps and tracking them across the stars to snuff out their spark. Like his fellow Imperial officers, Kallus had few redeeming qualities.
