This July, I will be 31 years old. I have lost most of my crucial time of my life due to compare my life with other people, procrastination and laziness. Most of my friends are settled their life and far away than me in terms of success.
Usually the most productive time of life is between 20–30 years. That time we can make a huge change in our personality and career. I literally wasted most of my important time of life.
It’s been late but not too late for me. I have started to figure it out my problems and working hard to overcome the problems. I am facing immense problem to concentrate on my work.
Past has gone. There was no control over it. I have only present and full control over it. If I do something good at present, the future will be better.
When you lived plenty of years in negativity, it’s really difficult to become positive overnight. I have been experimenting several things on myself to become positive. Moreover, I am trying to build up good habits.
The One Habit That Can Transform Your World Forever is MEDITATION
I meditate regularly. It is transforming my world gradually. I am getting back my concentration level gradually. Meditating for 1 hour is a daily practice of my life for past one year.
Meditation is very simple. Just sit on floor or bed. Make sure that nobody will disturb you at that time. Close your eyes, stop thinking about several things, focus on your mind, take and leave breath slowly, do it 5–6 minutes, then imagine that you are spending time in a beautiful places, enjoy the nature and your surrounding environment, feel that you are truly a happy person.
Then give positive affirmation to yourselves like “I can handle stress smoothly”, or “I am far more stronger than my my pain and sufferings”. You can choose positive affirmation based on your requirement. After that take and leave breath 2–3 minutes, open your eyes and tell loudly “I am feeling extremely good”.
I have found inner peace by doing meditation. That’s a great feelings in the world to deep down in the mind. All the sufferings, hustle and complexities, misfortune, agony, inferiority feelings of life are vanished within deep breath.
My stress level is reducing gradually. I can do visualization. Regular meditation helps me to cope up with emotional instability, anxiety and depression.
Moreover, it helps to let the past go. Sometimes we have to disconnect with the world fully to give us more strength for combating the complexity of life.
Now, I have stopped comparison my life with other people. My comparison and competition with myself to become a better person.
Meditation has a huge effect on our mind. It works like a magic. The more you will meditate, the more you will achieve self control on yourselves.
