Three Brothers In Court Over Alleged N365,000 Theft (DETAILS)
Twins Taye and Kehinde Taiwo, aged 22, and their younger brother, Israel Taiwo, aged 20, appeared before an Ikeja Chief Magistrates’ Court on Tuesday, facing charges of conspiracy and stealing N365,000.
The alleged theft of an ATM card from their employer, Mrs. Jumoke Oreofero, occurred on November 11, 2023, at 18, Ogooluwa St., Iju-Ishaga, Lagos State.
Taye, a hairstylist, is accused of withdrawing the mentioned amount before fleeing, implicating his siblings as accomplices.
The defendants pleaded not guilty, and the Chief Magistrate, Mrs. Bola Osunsanmi, granted them N50,000 bail each with two sureties.
The case is adjourned until February 8 for mention.
