Afrobeats sensation, Ayra Starr, has opened up about her relationship with label mate and colleague, Rema.
The ‘Rush’ crooner said Rema is more than just a coworker and colleague but also a trustworthy friend.
She stated that the ‘Calm Down’ hitmaker is a source of inspiration to her before eventually meeting and working with him.
Ayra Starr, revealed that before signing with Mavins record, she was attracted by Rema’s talent, amazed at how a teenage boy could have such incredible musical talent.
She said:
“I play him almost all the sings before I release them. I looked up to Rema even before I joined Mavin, he is a very good friend and an amazing artist. I’m very inspired by him.”
