REALLY!! I Am From Gabon – Zack Orji Reveals

Veteran Nollywood actor, Zack Orji, has revealed that he is a citizen of Gabon as he was born in the central African republic.

The seasoned thespian said his father used to travel to different countries due to the nature of his work, and his mother gave birth to him while they were in Gabon.

He revealed in a podcast interview that his dad gave him the middle name, Amaefuna, which is translated to ‘Let my heritage not be lost.’

Zack Orji disclosed that he recently went back to Gabon as part of efforts to connect with his roots, and he also directed a film there.

He said;

“By reason of my work I travel to different countries, and by reason of my father’s work he also traveled to different countries, he had a knowledge of in one of his travels, I was born in Gabon. As God would have it, I have gone back to Gabon to direct a film.”
