The Simpsons has had a number of guest stars since its early seasons, and surprisingly, Jim Carrey had to turn down an appearance in the series. Although The Simpsons has been around for decades, and despite its quality being in decline for years, the series shows no signs of stopping soon, and it continues welcoming all types of guest stars.
