Michael Fassbender is about to have a huge comeback with two tentpole movies, but there’d be no bigger or more fitting return for the actor than a starring role in Brad Pitt’s Formula 1 racing movie. Not much is known about the upcoming racing film, not even its title, but the project is being directed by Joseph Kosinski, who directed Top Gun: Maverick, and the Brad Pitt collaboration is just as ambitious. The production will see Pitt driving an actual Formula 2 car on real Formula 1 tracks, and the movie is being co-produced by seven-time world champion Lewis Hamilton. The project will also have a huge helping hand from the Mercedes crew.
