Netflix’s The Witcher has made many changes to the source material, but one Jaskier change hints at a major struggle for the show in the near future. Although it’s based on some of the most popular novels and video games from the fantasy genre, Netflix’s The Witcher has been quite controversial. While the series has its strengths, such as Henry Cavill playing Geralt of Rivia (throughout the show’s first three seasons) and its action scenes, The Witcher has also taken too many creative liberties and made many changes to the source material that have mostly been unnecessary.
