The universe of Matt Reeves’ The Batman will keep expanding on TV/streaming with the TV series The Penguin, a prequel to The Batman – Part II, which is avoiding a big copycat problem. While Warner Bros. prepares for the launch of the DC Universe, in a different part of the universe of DC Comics, Matt Reeves’ The Batman continues building its own world. After the success of the movie, which introduced Robert Pattinson’s version of Bruce Wayne, The Batman is expanding with a sequel and a miniseries, set between the events of both movies.
