Kramer’s crazy schemes on Seinfeld usually end in disaster, but sometimes he cooks up a plan that is undeniably genius. Throughout the nine seasons of Seinfeld, most of Kramer’s big ideas were either moronic, like his reverse peephole, or completely pointless, like building levels in his apartment.
