Real-Life The Blind Side Subject Alleges Adoption Was A Lie, Says Family Made Millions Off Him

The Blind Side‘s real life subject Michael Oher claims that his adoption was a complete, exploitative lie. Starring Sandra Bullock, The Blind Side is a 2009 film supposedly based on the true story of the rise of professional football player Oher (played by Quinton Aaron). As The Blind Side tells it, Oher was a homeless young man who was taken in and later adopted by couple Leigh Anne and Sean Tuohy. The Blind Side was met with relative acclaim at the time of its release, and went on to win Bullock an Oscar for Best Actress.
