A new comic event approaches for the Mighty Morphin Power Rangers as their worst enemy, Rita Repulsa, may finally defeat her longtime adversaries in Darkest Hour. BOOM! Studios’ Mighty Morphin Power Rangers series thus far has been in the midst of the Reunited, Recharged arc where Rita Repulsa forms an unholy alliance with the likes of Dark Specter, Alpha-1, a mind-controlled Matt the Green Ranger, and her new sidekick Vessel (who essentially is Zordon’s body without his consciousness). Together, their endgame is naturally to conquer the galaxy. And this time, they have a chance to pull it off.
