One Race Receives The Most Hate In Baldur’s Gate 3

There’s a lot of discrimination going on in Baldur’s Gate 3, but one playable race gets the worst of it. The Forgotten Realms’ complicated politics cause many NPCs to dislike, distrust, or outright fear characters of other races. Shadowheart scorns githyanki, especially Lae’zel. Showing any kind of sympathy with Lae’zel can hurt the chances of romancing Shadowheart in Baldur’s Gate 3. The xenophobic druids of Emerald Grove believe that the tiefling refugees who camp around their home invite trouble. The Society of Brilliance assumes githyanki are inferior, and Lady Esther wants one of their eggs so she can prove it. And just about everyone hates goblins.
