Star Wars has always had an easy way for Jedi to survive Order 66, and this Force power is back in canon. The number of Jedi who survived Order 66 has continued to increase ever since the release of Star Wars: Episode III – Revenge of the Sith, which arguably takes away from the narrative impact of the Jedi purge. On the other hand, it also means that the post-prequel trilogy Star Wars eras can feature exciting Jedi characters that will have a major impact on new storylines.
