One Change In Red Dead Redemption Remake Could Connect It To RDR2 Better

A full-fledged Red Dead Redemption remake would give Rockstar Games the perfect opportunity to tie it better into Red Dead Redemption 2. A remaster or remake had been heavily rumored after a new rating for the title was published in Korea, but unfortunately, this turned out to be a rerelease of the original game, bringing Red Dead Redemption to PS4 and Nintendo Switch. While this port gets the title on all modern platforms, including PS5 via backward-compatibility, the news is disappointed compared to expectations, feeling like it’s a missed opportunity, and this has led to speculation surrounding what enhancements Rockstar could give to John Marston’s story should the studio revisit its previously-rumored plans of a full remake down the line.
