Mike Flanagan’s Next Stephen King Movie Might Avoid Breaking A 7-Year-Old Tradition
Mike Flanagan’s next Stephen King movie adaptation, Life of Chuck, is at risk of breaking a seven-year streak in the director’s career – but he might manage to avoid breaking that tradition. Since helming Gerald’s Game and Doctor Sleep, Flanagan has been renowned for his King adaptations. Flanagan has two more King adaptations in the works: a TV show based on King’s epic The Dark Tower series and a film version of The Life of Chuck, a novella from the collection If It Bleeds, starring Tom Hiddleston and Mark Hamill.
