The Marvel Cinematic Universe‘s new Fantastic Four movie needs to learn one important lessen from the critical and box office disaster that was 2015’s Fantastic Four, and it has to do with the superheroes’ costumes. When it was first announced, there were high hopes for Josh Trank’s Fantastic Four, but after a messy production process that included extensive reshoots and a release plagued by terrible reviews (it holds a whopping 9 percent critics score on Rotten Tomatoes), it became a certified flop. Now, hopes are high again for the MCU’s Fantastic Four movie, which will reboot Marvel’s First Family.
