King On Screen Director Reveals The One Stephen King Adaptation Cut From Documentary She Loves The Most
Though covering some of his greatest hits in the movie, Daphné Baiwir reveals why she had to cut her favorite Stephen King adaptation from King on Screen. Baiwir’s documentary explores the history of King adaptations on the screen since the very first one, Brian de Palma’s Carrie, with interviews from the directors of many of the projects giving their perspectives not only on their movies but also the others included. Some of the filmmakers included in the documentary are Doctor Sleep‘s Mike Flanagan, Frank Darabont, who has written and directed three King adaptations, and Mick Garris, who holds the record for the most with seven.
