Karlach’s New Ending Won’t Be The Only Change To BG3’s Third Act

Not every resolution that can be found in the third act of Baldur’s Gate 3 is completely satisfying, but it looks like the winds of change may be on the horizon for some of the more underwhelming conclusions like Karlach’s. Baldur’s Gate 3 is a game of significant breadth and scope, featuring a vast amount of major decisions and branching paths that can affect how the story progresses in various ways. It’s not surprising that it’s somewhat difficult to wrap up every aspect of the experience satisfyingly, but that doesn’t make lackluster endings any less disappointing.
