Is Invincible Actually Invincible (Or Can Mark Grayson Die?)

The title character in Invincible has a superhero name suggesting he can’t be killed, but there is an answer regarding Mark Grayson’s mortality. Mark’s optimistic choice of the name Invincible has been questioned several times throughout the show. Characters have joked and poked fun at the name, but given that Mark’s father, Omni Man, is one of the strongest and most durable characters in the entire series, it could well be true. In Invincible season 1 alone, Mark is beaten and injured badly several times, showing that in his early stages of heroism, he is still vulnerable. Despite this, no one manages to kill him.
