How Many Episodes The Walking Dead: Dead City Has Left

Less than a year after The Walking Dead series finale, the popular AMC show’s next spinoff, The Walking Dead: Dead City, is finally airing, but the first season’s episode count is low for a standard television series. The spinoff picks up many years after the parent show’s series finale and focuses on Negan Smith, played by Jeffrey Dean Morgan, and Maggie Greene, played by Lauren Cohan. The show begins with Negan and Maggie venturing to post-apocalyptic New York City to search for Maggie’s son, Hershel, who has been kidnapped.
