Giving the best build to Luka in Honkai: Star Rail whilst pairing him up with the ideal team comp is the finest way of making him shine on the battlefield. The new character is ranked as a 4-star character. Luka uses Physical damage in battle and follows the Path of the Nihility. This means that he is a specialist in acting as a support character, but an offensive one at that. Instead of providing buffs or healing for the team, Luka instead applies debuffs and DoT (damage over time) status effects upon enemies, thus making them more vulnerable. In a sense, he operates as something of a sub-DPS.
