Madelyn Cline in Glass Onion plays a young social media star, and the actress’ time on set changed her performance in Outer Banks. Glass Onion: A Knives Out Mystery is the second film in Rian Johnson’s mystery series that began with 2019’s Knives Out. The main characters in Glass Onion are a group of wealthy and influential people who are called to their mutual friend’s home, that of billionaire tech genius Miles Bron (Edward Norton). Cline plays Whiskey, Duke’s (Dave Bautista) girlfriend and a Twitch streamer with big ambitions. She’s fiery and happy to cause controversy but much less naive than the persona she puts on for her livestreams.
